Mixed Green Salad with Oranges, Cranberries and Cashews
This healthy Green Salad features colorful juicy oranges, dried cranberries and crunchy cashews. Top it off with a delicious Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper and Garlic oilive oil dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsps Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Pellas Nature Garlic olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- juice of 1/2 orange
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 6 orange chunks
- 1/4 cup cranberries, blueberries and cashews
Method

Whisk Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper and Garlic olive oil, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar and orange juice, salt and pepper in a bowl until they are combined.

In a salad bowl add mixed greens, dried cranberries and blueberries, orange chunks and cashews.
