Delicious Green Salad by Pellas Nature
Delicious Green Salad with a fabulous Red Hot Pepper and Rosemary Pellas Nature olive oil dressing and yummy feta cheese. Ideal for Mediterranean and Vegetarian diet.

- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp whole grain mustard
- 3 Tbsps Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Pellas Nature Rosemary olive oil
- 3 Tbsps water
- juice of 1/8 lemon
- pinch of salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1790gr / 6oz fresh green salad mix
- sliced pimientos
- a bar of feta cheese (optional)
Whisk mustard, whole grain mustard, Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper and Rosemary olive oil, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl until they are combined.
Add bite-sized greens to a bowl and slowly drizzle the dressing.
Using your hands, toss greens with dressing, coating leaves completely.
Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and top with sliced pimientos.
Crumble a bar of feta cheese on top.
