Roasted Spicy Turkey Breast with Green Beans

Ingredients
Green beans
- 150 gr (5.50 oz) green beans
- 1 Tbsp Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Pellas Nature Rosemary olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- fresh rosemary leaves
Turkey Breast
- 350 gr (12.5 oz) Turkey Breast
- 1 Tbsp Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Pella Nature Oregano olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Pella Nature Garlic olive oil
- 2 Tbsps panko bread crumps
- 1 and 1/2 tsps mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp grounded paprika
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
Method
Green Beans

Boil green beans for 2 minutes.

Add Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper and Rosemary olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh rosemary leaves to a pan.

Sauté for 2 minutes and remove the rosemary leaves.
Turkey Breast

Mix Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper, Oregano and Garlic olive oils, panko bread crumbs, mustard, grounded paprika, salt and pepper.

Coat turkey and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Add to a pan and cook on all sides until dark golden brown.

Transfer in a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes in preheated oven at 160°C (320°F).

In a plate put the green beans and the turkey on top.
