Traditional Cretan Dakos – Greek Bruschetta by Pellas Nature

- 1 large round barley rusk
- 1 medium tomato grated
- 2 Tbsps Pellas Nature Oregano olive oil
- crumbled feta cheese
- sliced black olives
- 1 tsp capers
- pinch of oregano
Grate the tomato with a vegetable grater.
Moisten the rusk with 2 Tbsps of Pellas Nature Oregano olive oil.
Spoon the grated tomato on the rusk and drizzle with some Pellas Nature Oregano olive oil.
Spread some crumbled feta cheese and top with sliced black olives and 1 tspn capers. Sprinkle with oregano.
