Spicy Feta Cheese Spread by Pellas Nature
Easy to make in just a few minutes. A great appetizer, as a snack before dinner with bread or pita or at a cocktail hour. Delicious as a spread in sandwiches. Served with grilled vegetables or grilled meat. The creamy texture of feta and the fluffy texture of greek yogurt are perfectly combined with a touch of spicy Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper olive oil.

- 3 bars of feta cheese
- 3 Tbsps plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 green chili pepper (mild to hot, depending on preference)
- 2Tbsps Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper olive oil
- salt as needed
- a pinch of freshly ground peppe
Put the yogurt, feta cheese, green chili pepper, Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper olive oil, salt and pepper in a blender.
Process until the ingredients are combined.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with some green chili pepper slices.
Drizzle with some Pellas Nature Red Hot Pepper olive oil.
